1. Demographics (Who they are)

📍 Facts about their life you can measure

  • Age Range

  • Gender (if relevant)

  • Location (city, region, urban/suburban/rural)

  • Income Level

  • Occupation/Industry

  • Family/Life Stage (single, married, kids, empty nester, etc.)

🔎 Example:
25–40 year old women, urban, $60–100k income, young professionals balancing career and wellness.
